What is Boxmania?

Boxmania is a fun, motivating full body workout using traditional boxing and kickboxing techniques. As well as other fun activities. It is a program designed to help you achieve your goals in the fastest possible time. We will not scream at you and rub your face in the dirt. It is not designed as a millitary style in attitude but our training methods are just as challenging.

What will I be doing in the Boxmania Sessions?

  •  Awesome Boxing and KickboxingCombinations with a boxer and a padman
  •  Varied intensity interval training
  •  Dynamic Functional Bodyweight Exercises
  •  Circuit Training and Obstacle Courses
  •  Full Body strength exercises using light weights, bands and   medicine balls etc

    What makes Boxmania different to other Exercise Programs?

The main difference is that we have developed this program as part of a Group Personal Training Cirriculum. Meaning we look after you in many more ways than just train you for the class. We limit each group to 6 people only. We conduct free nutrition education sessions, assess your current fitness levels, offer ongoing support and many other value added services. We also offer Geniunne KickBoxing techniques as part of our program. Also we do not believe you need to be shouted at and humilated infront of a group so we treat you like a human-being and train you like a machine.

Who is Boxmania for?

Boxmania is for both males and females over the age of 15. We cater for all levels of fitness and will not push you too hard if you're a beginner. Every body is encouraged to try their best but the emphasis is on getting a great workout while having fun. We want to get to know our team and know who we can push and who we have to take it easy on.

What should I bring to my session?

You need to wear confortable workout gear and we encourage good pair of running shoes. Bring a towel and water. We will issue you a Boxmania T-shirt for those purchasing packs. Nothing else, all equipment is supplied by us.

How much does it cost?

What happens if it rains?

It doesn't matter now We are under cover at the back of our personal training studio under the pergoal. If it's cold and wet outside - no problems.

What happens if I choose not to come on certain weeks.

Consistency produces the best results possible. So it's best to try and make every class. The price of our program is extremely competitive when compared to semi-private Personal Training. Who typically charge $30-$40 per individual for a one hour group session.

With all the value added services we provide this is a "use it or lose it" policy. Our clients have actually endorsed this policy as it makes them more accountable and in the end much more consistent.

"The only person who truly believed in me was Robbie, I gave Robbie (and I’m sure I still do) a hard time, every time he asked me to do something I’d say NO and came up with 100s of excuses as to why I couldn’t do it. Since I have been training with Robbie I have dropped a lot of weight, how much you ask? Well last night I weighed in and lost 4.2 kilos in 7 days. This has been my single biggest loss in 1 week. "My experience of personal training started with my introduction to Paul (the Personal Trainer) through the Fitness First 3 session starter pack.

In recent times, i had become overweight and unfit due to a combination of heavy work commitments, personal disorders, poor diet and little exercise.

I found that i did not have the time or the motivation to join a gym so i decided to try having regular "appointments" with Paul.

My personal Goals of weight loss, increased fitness and health, drove me to continue my training with Paul further.Paul has always motivated me with a variety of training sessions that meets my changeling requirements and always pushed and encouraged me through the barriers to achieve more.
