We are a committed team of Personal Trainers who thrive on providing the very best in fitness for all our clients. Now, we are taking this fitness to the next level with a series of energising workouts we call “Boxmania Mega Classes”

Boxmania is a group boxing and exercise session currently held at our PT Studio which guarantees you the best stress relief workout going around. Being Group Personal Training - each group is limited to a maximum of 6 people. Boxing and Kickboxing has many benefits, these include cardio and fat burning, self defence exercise that will quickly improve your fitness and tone your whole body, not to mention the amazing work it will do to you personally. You will be much more confident, your self esteem will soar as you begin to feel like a champion.

Each week we will push you till you achieve your best result. We will take the time to speak to you on an individual level to see what else we can do to improve your fitness.
Collectively we have over 30 years experience.

We strive to be the very best. We have experience in how to lose weight and how to maintain your best physique. Remember being healthy on the outside makes you much happier on the inside.

"The only person who truly believed in me was Robbie, I gave Robbie (and I’m sure I still do) a hard time, every time he asked me to do something I’d say NO and came up with 100s of excuses as to why I couldn’t do it. Robbie would just look at me and not move till I tried. When I felt like I couldn’t go on, he pushed me further, he told me I could do it and he NEVER allowed me to quit. When I cried and said I couldn’t do it, he looked at me and told me to keep going, when I told him he was going to kill me, he looked at me and said NO I’m saving your life AND he is.

Since I have been training with Robbie I have dropped a lot of weight, how much you ask? Well last night I weighed in and lost 4.2 kilos in 7 days. This has been my single biggest loss in 1 week. I started training with Robbie in mid December and up till last night I have lost an exact total of 20.4 kilos. Robbie is the most amazing trainer I have ever come across and this is 50/50. Without Robbie I wouldn’t be doing this. When I drop the next 20 kilos, I think its then time for before and after shot. Thank you for all you’ve done for me Robbie. I am in debt to you forever!"

"My experience of personal training started with my introduction to Paul (the Personal Trainer) through the Fitness First 3 session starter pack.

In recent times, i had become overweight and unfit due to a combination of heavy work commitments, personal disorders, poor diet and little exercise.

I found that i did not have the time or the motivation to join a gym so i decided to try having regular "appointments" with Paul.

My personal Goals of weight loss, increased fitness and health, drove me to continue my training with Paul further.Paul has always motivated me with a variety of training sessions that meets my changeling requirements and always pushed and encouraged me through the barriers to achieve more.

Through my sessions with Paul I have been able to find that i have the whole day without feeling lethargic and an increased wellness.

It is apparent that Paul enjoys What he does and this comes across in his appointments. I have found Paul to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness. He has gone to great lengths to make me more enthusiastic about my personal fitness and has prepared a specific program for me to follow.

Notwithstanding the short time that I have been working with Paul (3 months), I feel much healthier and have lost 5kgs.

Paul's energy and attitude, his extensive knowledge of the human body and his ability to understand his client's needs make him a very good personal trainer.

Physically I am impressed with my achievements and would recommend personal trainers and Paul to others.
